Questions

Questions families ask us

Who are the professionals?

Licensed doctors, nurses, physiotherapists and trained caregivers who work through our partner hospitals and clinics, or who have passed our own verification. We check every licence with the relevant council before the first visit.

Can I book for my parent from abroad?

Yes. Add your parent's address in Nairobi, book and pay from wherever you live, and follow each visit in the app. Brothers and sisters can join the same family circle.

How quickly can someone arrive?

It depends on the service and the area. The app shows who is available and their estimated arrival time before you confirm, so you always know what to expect.

How do I pay?

By card in dollars, pounds, euros or shillings, or by M‑Pesa. For ongoing care, the family can top up a shared care wallet that only pays for care, medicine, tests and transport.

What happens in an emergency?

Caregivers can raise an alert in the app, which goes straight to a nurse on call and, if needed, to the nearest partner hospital. In a life-threatening emergency, call 999 or 112 first.
